Specifically, we guarantee that any service we provide will leave your computer in good operating condition or you will pay nothing for service. Usually this is done in two ways, either we will issue a full refund or send a technician to your location to fix the original problem at no additional cost. Once the technician diagnoses the computer problem and you choose not to fix it because of the cost, you will only need to pay the first half-hour charge. Parts installed and provided by Computer Specialties will be guaranteed for 90 days will be replaced without labor charges within 90 days of the original service.
